Alexander - Adopted!

Alexander was thrown away like trash when his "family" moved away. Left to fend for himself, he was very weak and starving when a kind man discovered him and started feeding him. Unfortunately, he couldn't keep him as his daughter is allergic, so he reached out to a friend and she contacted us and asked if we would take him in. How could we say no?

We had the man take him to our vet to be checked out and it was discovered that he has FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).

The Truth About Feline AIDS - News & Publications

He can live in a household with other cats as he is gentle and not aggressive at all. He is scheduled for a dental in January as he has been terribly neglected and his teeth are really terrible. The rest of his bloodwork was very good.
We just had him groomed and he looks and smells so much better.

Hopefully, someone out there will overlook his FIV status and adopt him and give him his forever home. He so deserves that as he is a special little guy.
